Refund Policy

Consultation Fee ($100)
The $100 consultation fee is:
- Fully refundable if we determine we cannot take on your project
- Credited toward your project total if you proceed
If you complete the consultation and we decline to proceed, you'll receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
Kickoff Payment ($900)
The kickoff payment is non-refundable once work begins. This payment secures your project slot and initiates development.
However, if we fail to deliver the agreed scope within the promised timeline (7 days for standard projects), you will not be charged the final delivery payment.
Delivery Payment ($1,000)
The delivery payment is due only upon your approval of the completed work. If you're not satisfied:
- One round of revisions is included at no extra cost
- If we cannot address your concerns, we'll discuss partial refund options
The 7-Day Guarantee
For projects quoted with a 7-day timeline:
- If we don't deliver as agreed within 7 days, you don't pay the remaining balance
- This guarantee does not apply to delays caused by waiting for client input
- This guarantee does not apply to projects quoted with extended timelines
Maintenance Subscriptions
Monthly maintenance subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for partial months are not provided.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at hello@7daysoftware.com with your refund request. Include your project details and reason for the request.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank.
