Terms of Service

1. Services

7DaySoftware provides custom software development services. Our services include consultation, project scoping, development, and optional ongoing maintenance.

2. Payment Terms

• Consultation fee: $100 (refundable if we decline to proceed, credited if we do)
• Kickoff payment: Due after signing agreement, before work begins
• Delivery payment: Due upon approval of completed work
• Additional payments may be required for larger projects per the agreed schedule

3. Delivery Guarantee

For projects quoted with a 7-day timeline, if we fail to deliver the agreed scope within 7 days, you will not be charged the remaining balance. This guarantee does not apply to:

• Projects explicitly quoted with longer timelines
• Delays caused by client response times or missing information
• Scope changes requested after work begins

4. Revisions

One round of revisions is included in the project price. Additional revision rounds may incur extra charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the custom software developed transfer to the client.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Cancellation

Either party may cancel at any time. Refunds for payments already made will be determined based on work completed.
